Married for over 30 years with two grown children, Dan values time spent outdoors—whether it’s fishing, camping, or hosting a laid-back afternoon BBQ with family and friends.
Professionally, Dan brings over two decades of experience in both real estate investing and corporate leadership. His background includes working closely with franchise owners and builders on fix-and-flip and ground-up construction projects, gaining hands-on insight into everything from window coverings and cabinetry to home organization and garage flooring solutions.
Through these experiences, Dan developed a deep understanding of what clients truly need: reliability, clear communication, and exceptional service. He believes that long-term success is built on trust and delivering results that exceed expectations.
