Jorge Cely, founder of Cely Development Group LLC, brings over 25 years of experience both in the U.S. and internationally. Jorge is a seasoned professional with a demonstrated history of successfully developing and opening key assets across the residential, retail, and commercial industries.
He founded Cely Development Group LLC more than 10 years ago with a vision to provide comprehensive services to the real estate and development industries. The company began by flipping residential properties throughout the Inland Empire and has since evolved to offer architectural and engineering services to homeowners, investors, and landlords across Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.
With a robust pipeline of projects—including ADUs, additions, remodels, and new builds—the firm provides a full suite of services such as design, engineering, construction documents, and permit assistance.
